Ownership includes four weeks per year. Each week runs from Wednesday 14:00 to Wednesday 10:00, although arrival and departure times are flexible. On previous visits, owners were able to arrive earlier, unpack, and settle in while housekeeping prepared the lodge and fitted fresh linen.

Monthly levies of R2,500 are exceptionally reasonable and include full housekeeping services. Housekeepers clean the lodge, wash dishes, make the beds, and provide fresh linen and towels before owners arrive.

The lodge is well equipped with two fridges, an ice machine, and a dishwasher (available but seldom needed).

A Land Rover is available at R5 per kilometre. The vehicle is received full and must be returned full, with the logbook updated accordingly.

The original thatched roofs have been removed and replaced with Harvey tiles and solid wood ceilings.
Nearly R2 million has been invested in upgrades and improvements.

All wooden doors and windows have been replaced with aluminium. The house has been repainted inside and out, all curtains are brand new, and the lodge has been completely refurbished with high-quality furniture throughout.

Accommodation includes four en-suite bedrooms plus a loft with two beds for children, comfortably sleeping 10 guests.

Outdoor features include a boma braai, covered patio with built-in braai, swimming pool, and a covered viewing deck.

The house was designed and built by an engineer, constructed on solid rock, and is structurally sound with no cracks.

A solar power system is scheduled to be installed within the next few days.

This is a fantastic lodge with excellent co-owners, but due to limited personal use, it is time to pass on this exceptional opportunity.
