Its private back garden walks out to a public walking path to the beach, but it is a quiet path where neighbors and visitors like to walk their dogs or get to the sea. 200 metres from the home is a lovely childrens play park. Neighbors are mostly families. Kids enjoy skateboarding and riding bikes and you will see many locals headed with their boards to the beach or walking their dogs.
