Partnering with Gerda with the sale of my property in Garsfontein was a professional, efficient and flexible experience. My unique situation is that I am not physically in the country. Gerda took on the task of selling a house urgently, the house needed some improvements and Gerda used her market knowledge and experience in the area to price the property to sell.
Much of our communication was done over email due to timezone differences. Gerda also leveraged WhatsApp to work with me and provided quick responses with specific details and actions to be taken.
