RealNet Bellville was founded in September 2010 by Ingrid and Emile Le Roux. At the end of 2011 we expanded our operating area by adding the franchises RealNet Plattekloof, Parow and Goodwood's territory. The areas were consolidated in 2014 and started trading as RealNet Platinum (Pty) Ltd.
RealNet Platinum expanded their territory once again in 2017 to include the Western Seaboard.
RealNet Platinum was awarded top full franchise for Coastal Region for both sales and letting for the financial year ending 2014, 2015 and 2016, 2017 and 2018. The Real Achievers National Awards was received for the past 5 years.
Nationally RealNet Platinum ended 3rd for the highest turnover in the standard franchise category for 2018 and 2019 financial year. What started out as a small estate agency with one office in Ingrid and Emile's home 9 years ago, flourished into an established brand with 20 agents situated in the suburb of Panorama, Cape Town.
